Dr Nada Ahmed Abu-Elnaga

My treatment philosophy integrates evidence-based practice with a holistic, person-centered approach. I work with adults and adolescents experiencing trauma-related, mood, and general psychiatric conditions, drawing on IFS, CBT, ACT, and Schema Therapy to support deep and sustainable change. I believe that healing occurs through rehabilitation, reconnection, and the restoration of an individual’s relationship with the self, others, and the world.

My goal is to help each person move toward their fullest potential by fostering resilience, insight, and well-being. I aim to create a therapeutic space that honors autonomy, validates lived experience, and empowers individuals to grow beyond symptoms into meaningful, connected lives. With 10 years of experience.
